Curriculum

A Four-Year Developmental Journey

True North Learners is not a one-time program.
It is a structured, four-year progression designed to build essential skills intentionally and sequentially.

Each year builds on the last — reinforcing habits, deepening reflection, and expanding leadership capacity.
